- Course Start Time: The entry for courses closes 10 minutes after the scheduled start time.

- Failure to Complete Pre-Course Information: No refund will be provided if a student is unable to attend the course because they failed to complete the pre-course requirements, such as providing a USI.

- Submit a Refund Application Form: All refund claims must be submitted in writing using the official TP Training Refund Application Form.
- In-Person or Email Submission: Students must either submit the form in person or, if unable, email a scanned copy of the signed form to the RTO Administration Officer.
- Verification: The RTO Administration Officer will verify the student’s signature and may also contact the student via phone to confirm their identity.
- Authorisation: The refund application will be reviewed and authorised by the Campus Manager.
- Refund Processing: Refunds are typically processed within four weeks after the completed form is received. Payments are made to the student’s nominated bank account.
- Third-Party Payments: If the refund is to be paid to someone other than the student, written authorisation from the student is required.
