The Enrolment Process
TP Training’s enrolment process is designed to be streamlined and user-friendly, ensuring that students can quickly begin their learning experience.
Steps to Enrol:
- Course Selection: Students should review the course offerings and select the training program that suits their career goals.
- Unique Student Identifier (USI): It is mandatory for students to have a USI, which can be created on the USI website (www.usi.gov.au). A USI is a student’s individual education number required for any Nationally Recognised Training in Australia.
- If a student already has a USI, they should retrieve it from the same website.
- USI Exemption: Students with genuine personal objections can apply for an exemption but must understand that their results will not be included in the national USI database.
- Visa Entitlement Verification (VEVO): For non-Australian citizens or permanent residents, visa details are verified through the VEVO system to determine eligibility for training.
- Identification Documents (100 Points of ID): Students must submit 100 points of ID, which could include an Australian birth certificate, passport, driver’s license, and other valid documents.
Language, Literacy, and Numeracy (LLN) Support
At TP Training, the success of students is a priority, and the institution offers support to students who may struggle with language, literacy, or numeracy. Students are required to take a short LLN test during enrolment to assess their capabilities.

- Reading Writing Hotline: 1300 6 555 06
- Workplace English Language and Literacy Program (WELL)
- Language, Literacy, and Numeracy Program (LLNP)
Where necessary, TP Training can provide interpreters, but only those accredited by NAATI are accepted.
Special Needs and Reasonable Adjustments
TP Training is committed to ensuring that students with special needs or disabilities receive the support they require. During the enrolment process, students are encouraged to disclose any conditions or adjustments they may need, such as specialised learning materials or adapted environments.
Disclosing these needs is critical for ensuring a safe and effective learning experience. Failure to do so may lead to unsafe training conditions or delays in course completion.

- Respect for others, free from discrimination, harassment, or intimidation.
